Why did my bill go up
I've been paying $99 on my prepaid bill since I started it and now my bill is $116 and says my balance is $140 why did my bill go up?

Prepaid service does not have a bill, all it has is a refill. We have no idea what service you're paying for. Since $99 for one line would be excessive - so what are you paying for?
