Why did AT&T charge my card/account 3 times and my service is still off?

So AT&T charged my account 3 times and when talking to the representative he kept telling me my card was being declined. Than said please hold while I transfer you to our specialist iit hung up on me.

Did the charge actually go through or is it sitting on your account as 'pending'.   If it's pending, AT&T has not received payment.

Based on your account concerns, we want to get you into a DM @RiseAbove. Check the message icon in the upper portion of the page and reply.

In the meantime, we want to include some steps that may resolve your account concerns.

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Home, then Manage AutoPay.
  3. Select End AutoPay.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of your AutoPay.
  • Review and verify payments made on your Prepaid account. This will help determine if a payment was processed and charged to your account.
  1. Sign in to att.com/myprepaid.
  2. Select Account History, then a date range.
  3. Choose History Type, then Credit/Debit/eCheck Payment.
  4. Select Submit or Export to PDF.

Gather the information above and reply back to us in a Direct Message. We will get started figuring out the root cause and work towards a solution. Again, keep an eye out for the DM.
