Why can’t I use any apps On my Prepaid plan such as: App Store, iTunes, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.?

I have the $65 Prepaid plan with Autopay (which reduces to $45 a month). I had paid my bill on time and ever since then, my phone does not connect to any of these apps. It has been like this for a about 3 days after I’ve paid as if my phone has no service. But, I can receive and make phone calls and texts just fine.


I had called the AT&T 800 Prepaid number last night and I followed what to do. The woman told me to wait five hours to restart my phone and try again. I did so, and it still has the same issue. I’m frustrated with this and I need answers to fix this situation. Thank you for your help in advance.

Are the apps on your phone updated? Have you tried verifying that there's enough storage on your device? Make sure to use our Device Support tool to check whether your software is up to date.
