usage history

Back in 2019 I had a job working for a guy that provided everyone go phones. I only worked there for 3 months because i was in a wreck on the job that paralyzed my right hand and wrist, but now with the virus going on I'm needing UI pretty badly and this guy isnt fighting me tooth and nail for it. He is appealing everything even though I didnt need normal UI just the PUA. I have an appeal against him soon and have since found ouot that one of his pieces of evidence against me he has is that i was watching porn on the go phone that me and another guy shared, and then deleted the information afterwards. They said that they were able to get the records from AT&T but i know that there werent any records of mine like that. my question is- back in 2019 was it even a possibility to go and check the internet and phone history in such a meticulous way with it being a go phone, and if so, how specific does it get? thank you.

No, that is not possible to get from usage records. Usage records only show how much data was used, not what it was used for. The only way to get that type of information would be from the phone.
