Unlock phone
My good friend died of illness, and we have now returned home. However, the phone purchased from the Att operator is no longer usable. There are SIM card restrictions. My friend recorded a video on his mobile phone for his mother to watch before he died. I hope you can help me untie it. I'm in a hurry. Mom wants to watch the video of her son.

Being carrier locked does not prevent accessing the video. To unlock in order to use on a different carrier, use the unlock portal: https://att.com/deviceunlock
ATT can’t help you if the problem is the screen lock.

I can't use this phone in Japan. Can you open a travel lock for me? Because Japanese sim cards cannot be used

No, no one here can do that for you. Again, you don’t need a Japanese sim or any sim to view a video recorded on the phone.
