Unable to pay prepaid bill
I have more than enough money on a prepaid debit card but when I try to pay my prepaid bill, it keeps saying my card was declined and I need to contact the bank card, (which is not right). I am able to make other online e purchases with the same card but for some reason can not make this purchase. Please help!
