Unable to create multi line

I created a multi line account and accidentally deleted it. Now I am unable to create another multi line account. Do I need to wait for 30 days to create another?

I'm sure you already know the answer, the paygonline site clearly tells you you must wait. My question is, how do you accidentally delete it? You have to confirm in multiple steps.
