Unable to create account after activation

I bought the $300/yr,  8GB/month plan online. Got the sim next day. Activated it online. says it's activated, click next to create account and get pin. I click next and throws an error. "The information provided is not valid. Please try again." Have tried at least three different help line numbers. No one picks them up. I still need to pay the $300 fee. Am not able to place any calls. I need my account to do all of that or even chat with support.

I'm regretting my decision to switch now. The problem is my number is now in a limbo since it says it's active but I'm not able to use it. And I can not switch it back to another carrier since I do not have the ATT pin/account number. Thanks ATT.

you dont need to create an account thats already done for you, go to the paygo website the default user name is your full phone number and the password/pin is the last 4 digits of your phone number, once logged in you can change your password
