Unable to activate new Prepaid usim card

My provider was Mint Mobile and I got AT&T prepaid USIM to transfer to AT&T.

When I tried to activate it I got the message that "loos like we hit a snag and can't complete your request right now. try again later. Error Code : SSACT-519.

I think it should go completing pay my plan. However it seems port were not transferred yet. 

I also can't access my wireless account because I don't know password and can't receive text message from AT&T. 

I tried to call 866.975.0500 but I can get help because now is in weekend.

I guess I have to wait until Monday and call you back.
