Trying to charge more whenever you pay amount due
Does anyone else have issues with they’re account payment due? Every time I pay what it says “balance due” on the page when you log into your account, it tells me I owe more money then that to keep my service going. It charges my card and then they cut the service off to my phone saying I didn’t put enough money onto my account wcen though I paid the amount it days is due on the page when you first log into your prepaid account. This is happening every single month I have to wait and call the next morning to have customer care turn my service on after arguing with them for 30 minutes that I’m not paying what I already paid.

Can’t say I’ve ever seen that complaint. What plan do you have and does it include an autopay discount and do you have autopay enabled? Paying manually can cause the autopay discount to not be applied.

Certainly not allowing your account to Auto refill by paying manually is going to negate an auto pay discount which is included in the cost structure. What plan are you using? The other issue is even if your plan is the $30 plan or the $40 plan which has no auto pay discount you still have to pay related taxes and 911 charges which are not included.

I have the $65 a month plan. I have to manually pay or call the customer service because I get a text saying my payment was unsuccessful so then I have to do it myself and I know I have enough money in my account every time and I’ve tried 3 different cards now. I have the verification texts saying that I. Successfully enroll in auto pay every month. And even when I do pay manually it says my payment was successful and then my service isn’t ever turned back on or renewed so I have to call them the next day bc they’re closed by the time I’m done work.

@Kierzomo
That's a completely different problem from the one that you posted initially. And not posting accurate information does not help you.
I have no way of knowing if there's something wrong with your payment method, but since you mentioned you have changed payment methods you probably haven't removed a payment method that no longer works as your default method of payments. If you don't know how to do that or have a problem doing that call AT&t and ask for help
