Try to cancel AutoPay but can't log into AT&T Prepaid account (I'm not in the US)

I've tried to log in with last 4 digits of my wireless number and also my current 4-digit PIN,

but the system showed the number is not valid, and I tried another time, and now it said the system can't sign me in at this time.

I had already returned to my country, so I can't get new password by letting system sent me a text.

Can I get new password by receive email? What else should I do to cancel the AutoPay?

You can not login to your prepaid account from outside of the US. Even if you could get a new password, it wouldn’t work. You needed to cancel autopay before leaving the US. Your only options to stop autopay now are to call or cancel your credit card. If you call, call the international support number.
