Try to cancel AutoPay but can't log into AT&T Prepaid account (I'm not in the US)
I've tried to log in with last 4 digits of my wireless number and also my current 4-digit PIN,
but the system showed the number is not valid, and I tried another time, and now it said the system can't sign me in at this time.
I had already returned to my country, so I can't get new password by letting system sent me a text.
Can I get new password by receive email? What else should I do to cancel the AutoPay?
