Traveling abroad and my number was disconnected
I returned back to my home country in July and found out my number can not be used in November. I can't sign in to my account and it shows that my number was discounted. I am not sure whether my account was disconnected for 60 days or not. I want to reactivate my account. What should I do? Thank you.

Prepaid accounts are automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. Your account has been closed and the number lost. it can’t be reactivated. You will need to open a new account with a new SIM card and new number.
