Toll free charge
I have been calling US toll free number and yet being charged by AT&T. This is required for my work and none of my other teammates are getting charged because it is US TOLL-FREE NUMBER. Why is AT&T doing this?

What plan do you have? Toll free means no long distance charges. If you are on a pay per use plan, I’m pretty sure they are still billable minutes. You need a monthly plan to not get charged for 800 number calls.
