To cancel monthly payment
Hi
I bought a AT&T prepaid card 5G but my device is only 4G. So I can't use it. I activated my account on line. I got a monthly payment of 30 dollars. And, the most important, I didn't write down my wireless number. So without this number I can't cancel my monthly payment online. How can I recover my wireless number?

What sort of device? Even if the device is not compatible, it should show you the phone number assigned if the SIM card was activated, presuming it’s a phone. In any event, if you can’t access your account to turn autopay off, the alternative is to cancel the card used for autopay.
