The usage summary for remaining data never updates
I have a prepaid number with 30$ plan, i.e. unlimited text and talk and 5GB of data.
After a first update, now data usage is never update so I cannot see how much data I still have remaining.
This used to work fine in the past, how can I get an update on this?

Track on your phone.
AT&T's data information is as much as 72 hours old anyway. The most accurate accounting of how much data your phone has used during your 30 days is the phone itself, in settings, under mobile data usage. If you have an Android you can actually set your Android to automatically keep track of your monthly usage for you, even give you a warning when you are approaching your 5 GB. If you have an iPhone you will have to add an application to do that for you or manually reset your data at the beginning of each new 30-day cycle.
As for AT&T, you'll have to complain to them.
