The system cannot sign you in at this time. Call 611 for help.

I tried logging in to my AT&T prepaid account online but the error message: "The system cannot sign you in at this time. Call 611 for help." came up. I cannot use my phone to call 611 because I am currently overseas. This seems to be a recurring error in the AT&T prepaid accounts over the last several years. Can someone help me log in?

The international support was not able to answer my call due to "circumstances beyond our control". Is calling the only way to access my account details and adjust my prepaid plan?

Yes, you cannot access your online account from outside the United States, it is purposely blocked.
You should be calling the international number for prepaid Travelers.
