I am an AT&T Prepaid customer. I tried to log in to my account to change my plan and pay for it, but I forgot my password.
After several attempts to log in, I now receive this message: "The system cannot sign you in at this time. Call 611 for help."
But my previous plan is already expired, and I cannot make any call.
Would you please help me to solve this problem?
