I have been trying to reach "https://paygonline.com/" for a week now, but the site can't be reached. There is no way to login to my account to pay!

The site is not down. Whatever your issue is likely unique to you. Since your username suggests you are located outside of the US, that likely explains it. Access is blocked from most locations abroad. Try using a VPN to a US based network.

With a username like overseas, I suspect it's not the website problem and it is definitely a user being out of the country problem

Thank you, sandblaster. Looks like I'll be able to continue using PREPAID. It was time to learn about VPN!
