The account has been disconnected/ how to connect outside the U.S.
I found my account can not be signed in and it asked me to connect Customer Service. But I am currently not in the U.S., is there any email address that I can access to AT&T Customer Service?
Thank you for reading and have a nice day.

Yes the minute plan is still prepaid but you still have to keep a positive account balance to keep the account open. If all you did was change plans but didn’t refill your account and it’s been more than 60 days, your account is closed.

No, there is no issue with leaving a $0 account balance and letting your account close. That is how prepaid is normally cancelled. You can open a new account with a new number and new SIM card whenever you do return. You just can’t get that number back.

Account disconnected typically means the account has been closed. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. If your account has been closed, it can’t be recovered. No point in contacting customer support. However, account access is blocked from most locations abroad. If your account is still open but you just can’t log in, the only way to refill or make changes is to call. Call the international support number.

I actually changed from the prepaid plan to the minute plan because I am not in the US and not use the AT&T phone number currently. Does the minute plan still count as the PrePaid plan? Thank you for answering.

Thank you so much for answering! I can not back to the US in the future year. Could you please tell me Is there any negative influence it brings to me? (such as bad credit history and can not have a new phone number in AT&T company)
