Terrible customer service

I had At&t prepaid this month but had to cancel. I contacted customer service on the 14th to have calls forwarded. 4 representatives and finally the last one told me it was all set. Of course, it was never completed. I called again on the 15th, 16, th and even visited a corporate location on the 17th. They too were unable to reach anyone. Regardless of the time of day the customer service prompts would make you go through the menu then disconnect you when informing you of the wait time. I had to port my number over to another carrier. That process too was a nightmare. I can't believe a company like yours would have such non-existent service. I want a refund for the last payment. They keep asking me for my address when I explain I didn't give one. They ask again!
