suspension of my current prepaid number

Hi there,

I am currently moving back to my home country and will not be in the States for quite a while. Since I don't have roaming function with my prepaid plan, I'd like to suspend this number until I go back to the States. Could you advise me how to do this? Is it possible for me to keep this number when I reactivate this number? Thank you for your reply.

When you go to select change plan it will probably give you the list of plans that include data. There should also be something that says all plans toward the bottom of the page. This should reveal the options for the $2. And 25¢ plans.

If you are part of a multi-line group, you cannot see any pay-per-use plans. You must have yourself removed from the group first (which you have to do anyway)

Change your plan to a pay per use plan with enough money to keep it active until your back. 100 dollars will keep it active for a year

hi,

Thank you for your reply. Could you be more specific where I can change the setting of my plan to pay per use? I log onto my account and go through all the plans listed, but couldn't find any of the plan matching "pay per use." Could you advise me what to do next? Thanks.

Was there a 2 dollar per day option or 25 cents a minute ?
