Sorry, it doesn’t look like you have accounts linked to this User ID
I have my prepaid service linket to my AT&T account as it clearly shows on the dashboard. However, when i try to download my bills i receive the following message: "Sorry, it doesn’t look like you have accounts linked to this User ID". If i try to link the account in question again, then i receive the following error message: "Looks like you already have access to this account. Code REG_BU_081". If i remove the linked account, then i can re-link it, but i end up in the same situation where i started. I have no other AT&T services.

What exactly are you trying to access? Prepaid does not have a bill that can be downloaded. Besides that, you don’t access a prepaid account with an access id. Your prepaid user id is your phone number. You log into prepaid here: https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html

None. Prepaid has no bill or statements. Your prepaid account should show your payment history.
