Sim card not activated
I ordered a new sim card 13 days ago for my number (Edited as per community guidelines). I received my sim card 9 days ago but my card is still not activated. I tried calling customer service but they keep on transferring my calls and in the end, they told me to visit nearby store. All frustrated, I went to the nearby AT&T store 4 days back, the first thing they told me that you should call customer service, we cannot help you. But eventually, they tried resolving the issue but could not. I tried resolving the issue online but it says your sim card is active. I paid the whole year amount of 300 USD for a year. I'm very much irritated and frustrated with the services. Please help me resolve the issue. I tried everything I could to resolve the issue.
