Service temporarily unavailable on prepaid
My grandmother recently bought a new phone (Samsung galaxy A03) and it was part of a deal, the phone and a $40 card bundle, she didn't know where on the receipt her card pin was and was putting in different numbers on the receipt, I guess she did it too many times cause now it says the service is temporarily unavailable for this account and I was just wondering how long this last? When will I be able to put her card onto her phone?

Hello @Siobhan. We understand that your grandmother is having trouble activating her device and the $40 card promotional card, but we're here to help!
If this device is on a prepaid plan, she can use our AT&T PREPAID device activation portal to set up her device. If she has trouble locating the SIM or IMEI numbers, she can select the blue hyperlink that says "Where do I find it?" which will show her exactly where the number is located.
She can also use these steps if she needs to activate a physical SIM:
