Service outage
Are there any reports on service outages in the Scranton, Pa. 18519 area? This has happened at least 4 times this week!

Thank you for reaching. We'd love to help. We're showing nearby towers are undergoing maintenance. This should be completed over the weekend. The area is well covered, so you should be able to place your phone in airplane mode for thirty seconds so it will make a fresh connection to the towers. this should take help. If not, maintenance is expected to be completed this weekend.
You can directly report dropped calls and service issues through the AT&T Mark the Spot app. It can also keep you updated on known service issues.
