Service for international roaming.
Hello, there
My mistake was to forget to apply for international roaming service before I left the US...
I am currently out of country, so I am unable to access my prepaid account on the web (ATT prepaid website does not allow access from out of country) or contact customer service...
Could you please let me know if there is any other way that I can apply for international roaming service out of the country?....

Would have saved your little time if you told us what country you are in? If you are out of the country and unable to log into your prepaid account because you are blocked from logging in it is likely because you were in a country that is not covered by prepaid roaming
AT&T prepaid only has roaming ability in these selected countries.
