Service Expired

I  am enrolled in the $65 plan and wish auto pay and I made a payment before my due date like I always do and my service was disconnected. I had to enroll in Bridge to get my phone turned on so I could use it. And I refuse to pay another dime! I am a seriously limited fixed income and there is no way I need to pay anything to get my service back to normal. I JUST PAID YOU PEOPLE $50 AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR MY PLAN TO EXPIRE!! AND I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER  $65 TO RESTART A NEW ONE!!! I WANT MY ACCOUNT FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!

Definitely prepaid, moved to prepaid forum. Now that you have purchased bridge pay, there is no alternative. You will have to pay for a new 30 days when the bridge pay expires. What likely happened was you lost your autopay discount by making a payment before your due date rather than letting autopay make the payment, hence your payment wasn’t enough to renew the plan.  Had you simply added $15 to your balance rather than buy bridge pay, your plan probably would have renewed. Anyway, this forum is not customer support. The only way to get prepaid support is to call.

Lets take a look at why your service has expired, @terranovamathewp72.

As @sandblaster stated, once you add the Bridge Pay it only extends your service for seven days after your monthly plan expires, after that you will have to purchase a new plan to continue service.

When your account is on autopay, there is no need to make an early payment. Autopay is an automatic deduction services which deducts the same amount per month for your bill. Autopay helps you never miss a payment and you also receive a monthly discount.

We can also use some additional information to help us with our next steps.

  • Since Autopay was still active on your account, did you have your bill amount drafted on your bill's due date? If so, you would be applied a credit. Autopay will still generate on its assigned date even when you make an early payment. With the credit on your account, your service would not be terminated.

We look forward to hearing back from you so we can help get to the bottom of this.
