Refund unintended payment on AutoPay
I have stopped using any service from Prepaid Plan since May 2019 but I forgot to deactivate the AutoPay so they still charge my empty bank account in May 31, 2019. I realized this when I checked my negative balance on my bank statement, so I immediately switched off the AutoPay.
Can I get a refund for the unintended payment?

Probably not. Prepaid doesn’t generally refund. You can call and ask, you might get lucky.
