Refund prepaid card
Sooooo I had trouble since it wouldn't activitate online. I called the phone on back of card. It said to input card number followed by #, then your zip code. After it gave two options, none were to activate the card, so I chose check the balance. It responded that my card wasn't activitated would I like to activitate it. So I press 1 to activitate and followed the instructions for a pin. I got it activated and got a pin. Hope this helps.

Not sure what your post is asking. Prepaid refill card is like a prepaid debit card or a gift card. The number and the PIN help apply the card to your AT&T prepaid account in order to pay for service. The card should have been activated at the point of purchase, there is no other way to activate the card.
Prepaid does not refund.
