Refund or Tranfer of funds charged to my bank account for an AT&T Prepaid refill That isnt mine.

Is there a way I can request a refund or even a transfer of the balance charged to my debit card for an AT&T Prepaid phone refill that i did not authorize? This money came out of my checking account for a Prepaid account not linked with my AT&T account and has now overdrawn my balance in my bank. this is especially inconvenient because my own AT&T account is set up on AutoPay, and therefore overdrew my account even farther. I just want to know if i can use what was already charged to me towards my actual bill or if i can get a refund so i am able to pay my bill. otherwise, i believe the next step would be to call someone at AT&T and demand a solution in which i am not paying for a service that i am not receiving. Any Help would be great. thank you

Please contact our Fraud department for assistance at 877-844-5584. They will be available to assist you with this issue on Monday-Friday from 8am - 9pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, and Sunday 8am - 6pm.
