Refund for PREPAID wireless

Refund processed April 23 2020 for wireless service account number ***-***-6339. I contacted my credit card issuer and no refund was ever sent. I have been waiting over 2 months now, I have a tracking number of CM20200423_******016 but I have no way of tracking it. Every time I call ATT they transfer me to prepaid line and prepaid wont recognize my Prepaid Data account phone number as an account and hangs up on me. Last I spoke to a supervisor was on April 23rd and he assured me that my refund was being processed and I should just wait 2-5 business days, it's been 2 months now.  I also have an email from ATT stating my refund is being processed with my account information.

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account or can tell you the status of your refund. Prepaid generally does not refund, I’m surprised you are getting one or maybe they just told you that you were getting a refund. It is also a public forum. Please remove your personal information.

I also received an email with the refund tracking from ATT stating that it should take 2-5 business days though. I have no other method to contact customer support for ATT

Escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. Seriously, though, please remove your personal information.

@sandblaster is not an employee, he's a customer.   This is something you can Google. Both have a website so you can file free online.

@jessemorales01 Also, that number you have that starts with CM2020 is an internal case number. Meaning the rep submitted a request that has to be approved or denied by a manager and as stated above prepaid is not eligible for refunds. Since this was done two months ago and you have not received a refund that should tell you it was denied.
