Refund and Port

Hi AT&T,

I was on the phone for about 3 hours tonight after 2 calls yesterday.  Call center reps refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and I have been unable to resolve my concerns.  At this time, I need a refund for approx 49.xx that I paid yesterday, yet you still have my account suspended for some reason.  I no longer want to downgrade my plan, and I need you to release the number for porting.  If you are unable to do this, I need the number to the executive office.  Thanks

This is not a way to contact AT&T, and AT&T does not give out their executive office number.

You have not provided any info why you think you should get a refund, so we really don’t know what you’re talking about.
