Refilled balance with $30 mo plan - money is gone

I switched back to the $30 plan & refilled our account with the right amount. I even verified with the agent that the account shows its on the $30 plan & they assured me that it was. Now all the sudden my daughter can't use the phone cuz it says balance low & the $33 that was on the account is completely gone! I need this fixed ASAP & calling in is taking too long.
