I have a RealMe C35. I'm using prepaid and have it set up but cannot take or receive calls. I have can only receive texts from AT&T. Is it a compatible problem or something else?

That phone is not compatible with AT&T. Probably won't be compatible with any us carrier because it's not made to work in North America. Most of these phones made to work in Asia will not work on LTE only in the United States for voice calls. And since all carriers are shutting off 3G there's nothing for these phones to fall back on. You will have to replace the phone.
