Problems at cancelling prepaid contract (auto-pay) from Germany
I can not quit my prepaid contract from germany, because if I am using the US sim card it is only available for emergency calls. But I need to get the 4-digit code for my temporary password. Otherwise I can not log in and quit my contract.

It is not possible to log into your prepaid account from Germany or anywhere else outside of the US. To cancel prepaid, all you need to do is stop paying. If you need to stop autopay, your only options to stop autopay from abroad are to call or cancel your credit card. If you call, call the international support number.
