Website indicates that phone is activated but the login page does not let me login and can’t make calls or use internet without Wi-Fi.

We'd be happy to help with your PREPAID activation.
To confirm, were you able to successfully activate your device as follows?
If currently not able to use the myAT&T app to login, have you tried online?
You should be able to sign in with your 10-digit wireless number and a 6-character password.
At activation, the default password is the last 4-digits of the user's wireless number.
