I have a prepaid plan with 15 GB of data and have husband and son added to my plan.  Why is my husband's internet so much slower than mine?  He thinks it's due to running out of data, but 15 GB has always been fine for me and my son and we never run out.  Even when I renew for the month, his is still slower than ours.  He has a newer model phone than we do and always connects to our home or work wifi when possible.

In the meantime, be sure to turn off cellular data when at home, that way the device is only connected to Wi-Fi.
