I paid my prepaid account today and it is still not letting me place calls or texts or has data.

That's not enough information.
Which prepaid plan, and did you pay enough to cover taxes and if you manually paid, did you lose your auto pay discount?

You may want to verify your Prepaid payment and if it has been applied to your account by calling 800.901.9878 or 611 from your wireless phone. To hear your account balance and expiration date, say Balance and payments and then follow the prompts to say Check balance. You can also check this online by:

Hello scratched off pin on prepaid card and can’t read number! Went and bought another
one I did it again . So upset - things going on and needed this asap since I could not use my own cell. Is there a number that will get me to an Agent about this 🥲
I am on the daily $3 plan, I purchased an “add on 100 mb of data”. The payment was deducted from my balance but I never received the data. Can you help?
