prepaid

hi

I was using att&t prepaid for 2 past months (Edited to remove personal information). Now I am trying to login to the portal and get my bills. But att.com/prepaid is not allowing me to login(gives error message - The system cannot sign you in at this time. Call 611 for help(after forwarding to paygonline) 

I called customer, they asked me the pin, which I provided and they are able to login

As now I am outside USA, they are able to view and tell me details, but not able to email or give me my previous bill any form. Only option they have is to send me text message, which I will not be able to receive

They are not able to reset my password, so that I can login to the portal

I don't have any way to get my paid billing details, please help

Either enable me to login to the portal or send me the bills to my email address (Edited to remove personal information)

Accounts are blocked from access outside of the US and don't roam out of the US except for a couple countries, A possible workaround is to use a VPN connection to a US based network or have someone you know and trust in the US login and do it for you.

Prepaid does not have a bill. There is nothing for customer support to send you. You just renew your plan when it expires. You have 60 days to renew your plan. If you will be back before then, just renew when you return. Otherwise, you can renew or refill by calling.

i just wanted the receipt of the payment i made earlier. I never thought att will have logic to restrict ppl from accessing this once service is not used. Atleast they should be allowing for sometime before restricting or deleting this info. Am not sure why customer care, who is able to view the details not able to send me those through email
