Hello, @BeeMcCullah. We understand the importance of being able to conveniently pay your bill, and we're here to help.

As you've already tried to access the website in a different browser, and even on a different device, here are the troubleshooting steps we recommend:

  • Try clearing your browser history, cookies, and cache. You can refresh your browser by clearing the browsing data, which includes your cookies, cache, and history.
  •  You can also use our automated phone service to pay by phone:
    1. Call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone or call 800-901-9878 from another phone.
    2. Say Payment at the main menu.
    3. Select Make a payment.
    4. Choose either debit card, credit card, or refill card. You can’t make a payment with a checking account when calling 611.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. For an AT&T Prepaid card, you'll enter the Prepaid PIN from the back of the card or from the PIN receipt.

Let us know if this helps. If you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach back out.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community and Forums.

Hi there! Been a prepaid customer for awhile now. Never really had any problems. With logging in or paying bill.
The automatic withdraw did not go through to pay my bill. Due yesterday (6/21). I have tried logging in since then as well as today to pay my bill. Website will NOT load. I as well as other people it seems, can not access the prepaid app or website. I am connected to WIFI, have good service. Tried from different devices. It is not a trouble shoot problem. When will this be fixed?  I can not have my phone off, it is how I can’t conduct work. Thank you in advance

Hello @Db2023, we understand that this can be a frustrating experience for you, and would like to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

There are a few options that we can give you to get the website working to make your payment.

  • You can try to clear the cache and cookies.
  • You can try to use a different browser to see if it will allow you to log in.

If either of these options do not work, there are other Methods of Payments you can use.

Hope this information was helpful. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach back out.

Tried all the options listed, clear cache, delete cookies, use different browser. none of which worked. still get site can't be reached

tried 611 but when I go to add minutes it wants a 4 digit pin which I don't have or know. My paygonline password is 10 characters.

seems like something fishy is going on here. It has been weeks since I was able to access the website with same message.

I found a fix for anyone with trouble on another thread here.

https://forums.att.com/conversations/more-att-prepaid-discussions/paygonlinecom-not-working-temp-fix/62214c9938cd9a6c1bfa43c6

"Paygonline.com not working - temp fix

my laptop's DNS server was set to Google's at 8.8.8.8

In my network settings on the laptop I changed my primary DNS to AT&T's DNS server 68.94.156.1 and the website started working.  If you don't know how to do that, google "how to I change my primary dns server" and include windows or mac."

Have any of you used the phone app? Does the same thing happen on your phone?

Hello, bobcris, we're here to help you refill your PREPAID minutes, since the normal site is down.

We appreciate you letting us know, of the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far.

We recommend using this resource to pay your PREPAID amount over the phone, from a different device.

Please call 800.901.9878 from another phone.

  1. Say Payment at the main menu.
  2. Select Make a payment.
  3. Choose either debit card, credit card, or refill card.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. For an AT&T Prepaid card, you'll enter the Prepaid PIN from the back of the card or from the PIN receipt.

Use Star Services

Dial *888* + PIN number + # (for example, *888*1234567899874#). We’ll confirm that your payment (refill) was applied to your account.

Please let us know if this helps. If not, we'd be more than happy to assist you further, in a Direct Message. Thanks so much for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!
