Hi,
As our company responds to COVID-19, stay up to date with everything that is going on here.

This forum is not customer support. Unlikely you’ll get a response from ATT but I’ve seen no indication ATT will do anything for prepaid.

Dear AT&T,
I saw bunch of relief packages declared for home internet users such as unlimited usage, late fee waivers etc. but I did not see any note about prepaid users (who use limited internet via hotspot) - likely coz they got less usage and can’t afford a regular home internet service.
I wonder if there is some relief declared (or will be declared shortly) for people (like me) who cannot go to work, are stuck at home and are dependent on their ‘only’ prepaid hotspot internet connection.
Please advise.
Thanks!!
