Hey there Dee8713, let's get your iPad setup with your prepaid SIM.
You can swap active SIM cards between devices.
Before you switch SIM cards
- Make sure the SIM cards for both devices are the same size.
- Check if you already have a compatible data plan. If not, add one.
- Find out how to transfer your info to a new device.

- Log in to AT&T Prepaid account.
- Select My Device and then Update Device. Don't know your IMEI for this step? Enter *#06# on your phone's keypad to get it.
- Enter the SIM card number and then select Continue.
