Prepaid service temporarily unavailable
My brother renewed his 30 dollar prepaid plan today and it says "prepaid service temporarily unavailable" and said the card was in use when he first entered it
This card was brand new and was never used

Hey there @Cheyenne_Davis, we'd love to help your brother with activating his prepaid service.
We'd suggest that he uses our online portal to renew his AT&T Prepaid plan. If he's still unable to successfully renew his plan, we'd advise for him to reach out to us directly so that we're able to assist further with his account.
