The community is largely customer populated. You haven't provided any information. Like do you already have an AT&T prepaid plan and you have just purchased a replacement phone? Is the replacement phone from AT&T or did you purchase a third party device? Did you check the IMEI to make sure that your new phone is capable of working on at&t?
If you are an existing customer did you move the SIM card from your previous device? If you are a new customer did you activate the SIM card and add funds to your balance to pay for service?.
