Prepaid phone balance sell or transfer?
Hello, I have a pre-paid device on the now grandfathered $.25 a minute plan. It was my father-in-law's emergency phone, so over the past several years it's accumulated over a $500 balance with about 6 months of use left. The phone is no longer needed as my father in law has passed.
Does this phone have any value, can we sell or transfer that balance to another person?

You can’t transfer the balance to another account but you could certainly give the account with the balance to someone. Just give them the SIM card and password to the account. You can include the phone too or not. If they pay you something for that, that’s between you and them.
