prepaid log in

i can never log into my prepaid account. i always get an error that the information is invalid or the system has an error. i know that my password is correct because every time i try to change it, it says i cannot change it to my current, existing password.

Hi @ywkim1025,

With the existing password, it may be a password that was used in the past, but is no longer the current one. We definitely suggest changing the password to something different to get into your account. If you're still having problems after changing the password to one that you never used before, try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser.

Also unable to dial in as AT&T is saying that its call center is closed.
