Prepaid hot spot issues

I added a 50gig plan to my hotspot about 4 days ago. Today when I tried to connect I get a message saying im out of data. Seriously.  Maybe 12 hours of web surfing. No downloads no streaming and 50 gig in 4 days?  Not possible. Then I cannot get info on account because no where can I logon and went to store after being told by support that they could help.  They cant or wont help.  Any suggestions

Hello, @Bks0115. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your prepaid hot spot data usage. We know how important it is to keep an eye on your usage and conserve your hot spot data.


You definitely want to make sure you are turning off your hotspot when it is not in use. This will help keep your usage down.


Has anyone else if the house used the hotspot? This could cause higher usage if they were streaming or playing games using your hotspot data.


Aree you running to any error when you try to log in?   We want to make sure you are able to log in and check your data usage because that is important for managing your usage. For information on how you can Monitor Your Mobile Data's Hotspot Usage,  provided is a link that includes instructions on how you can check your usage from your myAT&T account.
