Porting help!

Purchased prepaid card via ATT website. Port was confirmed but not completed. That was four days ago and still no service. Can't actually speak to anyone because the system does not recognize number. Current carrier is saying they have done everything needed. There only suggestion was to have ATT cancel request and re-submit for new port order.

Can anyone please help!

Thanks. The issue with that is if your number is just confirmed only. ATT does not recognize your number for any type of CS. Your number is in limbo until they accept and complete the transfer. This what I ran into.

@rogemeat I ended getting my service on finally. In order for me to get past the phone number issue with the activation or CS. To do that I used my buddies ATT number. Once done, you explain the situation and should be good to go. Your results may vary. Hope this helps
