PO Box Ineligible?

I'm trying to set up Autopay for my new mobile hotspot account and when using Paypal, Paypal accepts my entry and then loads back to the att page where it tells me that the billing code is incorrect.

My account was setup with the address of the physical store that I went in to purchase the plan at. I have tried changing my account multiple times since it was opened nearly a month ago and it won't accept the billing address of my bank accounts, which is a PO Box, telling me that the site is experiencing issues and to try again. I entered in a physical address of someone I know as a test and it took that, but I still need to change it. I don't have a physical address to use.

I called support and I've got a ticket open because they can't enter the address in either. Was wondering if anyone else has information about this. This is a prepaid account, if that matters.

Maybe I'm not understanding, but why aren't you setting this up with your physical address?

Yes, you're not understanding. That information is in the original post.

Let's take a look at your autopay set up, @diggertb.

If it is not allowing you to enter the PO Box address but it does allow a physical address, then most likely there is not a way to get it added to your account for your autopay. Your only option will be to use a physical address.

Have you heard anything back about your open ticket? This will help us know what steps to take next and what is recommended.

Keep us updated! We will love to hear back.

Ticket was opened right before this post, so i don't expect results on that for a few days at least.

"Your only option will be to use a physical address." That's the problem, that is clearly stated in the original post,  I don't have one to put in. And my bank accounts are all under the po box, so it wouldn't work anyway without also changing them, which is ridiculous. Po boxes have been a thing for a while, this isn't something new.

I believe the site is using address verification against some database,  which, for whatever reason, doesn't include po boxes. I say that because entering in a typo'd invalid physical address presents the same error. So, i don't believe this is an easy fix.

I just went through the autopay mess with a phone agent today, the site won't let me make billing changes again today. Besides, i can setup autopay on my own if the site would let me enter the correct account address information. That is what needs fixed.

Edit: And i want to re- mention, that my objective is to use the PayPal payment method.
