please help to unlock the phone

I received 3 Lumia 640 LTE phones as a gift for our animal protection organization in Ukraine. Tariff Gofone. On the Device Unlock portal I get the answer that you need 6 months of payment. Unfortunately, our organization is not able to pay 6 months and we are in Ukraine. Please send unlock codes. This will greatly help our social organization.

Thanks for the post.

Regretfully we are not able to provide unlock codes for the AT&T PREPAID devices with less than 6 months service.

Once you have met the Eligibility requirements please submit a new unlock request by visiting att.com/deviceunlock.

Even if they could be unlocked, these phones were sold as prepaid phones at a very low price.  They have very limited bands because they were never made for use out of North America.   So it’s unlikely they would work on anything but 2G 

Since Microsoft is not going to support mobile devices anymore, they have a limited existence.  Sell them to a US user willing to use on AT&T.
